How to place orders for the above product?

If this package/product available only for home parties?

This product/package can be used for Homes as well as for Banquets, Hotels, Small Halls, or Terrace Parties. Package contents remans the same but u need to take the permissions from Hotels and Banquets as we use Paper Tapes for Decorations
How much time you guys need for decorations?

The Decoration usually happens in 90 mins to 3 hours depending on the package you choose. The exact TAT will be provided by our team once the booking is done.
How many people will come for the decorations and when?

1 Decorator and 1 Helper will reach the venue 2 to 3 hours prior your selected time depending on the package you select and will finish the decoration in the stipulated time period
How to mention the time during booking so that I get the decoration on time?

Please Select the time on which you want the decorations to get ready. For example if you select 3 pm, then our decoration team will reach your 90 mins to 3 hours prior your selected time so that the decoration is ready on time
Will the wall or ceiling gets chipped off post decorations?

The Chipping happens only when the walls or ceiling are excessively dry or excessively moist. If the Decorations team is informed during the execution it can be avoided. Also please make sure the balloons are removed immediately after the celebration to avoid any further damages.
What if I need to surprise someone at 12 am midnight, would you be able to provide it?

Yes. We can provide you the decorations at 12 am Midnight as well. You need to mention the necessary details at the checkout.
Do I have an option to change the balloon colors or change the theme?

Absolutely Yes!! You have an option of getting the balloon colors as well as theme of your choice. You will get the option during checkout.

❖ This package cannot be customized
❖ Balloon colors and theme can be changed as per your choice in same pattern
❖ If any change in theme or balloon colors please address during checkout in the Balloon color option
❖ There will be one operator with music system. You need to provide us with one table and chair for execution
❖ You need to provide the Game host with the gifts to distribute during the games
❖ You can choose Tattoo artist, Feed the clown or Balloon Sculptor for this package
❖ Artists will carry the necessary material required for this activity
❖ Pictures shown are just for references, the available artist for the selected date will perform for your event
❖ Electric Point is must for the PA system as it is not battery operated

❖ If cancelled prior 24 hours or more from the Scheduled Time : 100% Refund
❖ If cancelled prior 12 hours of the Scheduled Time : 75% Refund
❖ If cancelled prior 6 hours of the Scheduled Time : 50% Refund
❖ Cancellation and Refund of the activity will not be applicable on Special Dates like 1st January, 14th February, 25th December, 31st December of Every Year
